WE DO OUR BEST TO SHIP YOUR ORDER THE SAME BUSINESS DAY: Business days are Monday through Friday. Cut-off time for same business day shipping is nominally 3PM Central time Mon-Fri, but this can run earlier or later depending on market forces, inclement weather, holidays etc. Orders placed after this time may be shipped the following business day. Special requests will add additional processing time and may delay your shipment.
UPS FLAT RATE STANDARD: We ship via UPS as our standard shipping method for a low flat rate regardless of the weight, whether you select Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air Saver. If we can get the package to you faster than the service speed you selected, we will do that without notice. Delivery service is subject to UPS guaranteed delivery policies.
SHIPMENT DELAYS: UPS service guarantees do not cover (and we do not refund shipping charges in case of) shipment delays caused by inclement weather or disasters or any other cause specified in the UPS service guarantee. Inclement weather, acts of God or disasters at any one of our warehouse facilities may delay processing and/or shipping time without notice or refund.
ALASKA/HAWAII: Orders to Alaska or Hawaii can not ship via UPS Ground. These orders must ship via air. Any orders placed for delivery to these states that have UPS Ground as their selected ship method will be held pending payment of the additional ship charge, and this will delay processing and may delay shipping of your order.
P.O. BOXES: UPS won't deliver to Post Office Boxes. Orders with a P.O. Box shipping address may be shipped to the billing address without notice. If the billing address is also a P.O. Box, we may contact you for a street address, which will delay processing and may delay shipping of your order.
TRACKING NUMBER: We will email you a tracking number after your order ships. There's no need to request this service as it is standard. Emails are batched and sent out periodically throughout the day. Your order will ship before you receive the tracking email.
NO DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS: We have no way to communicate any special instructions to the delivery driver. Any special delivery instructions posted in the order comments are ignored.
SHIPMENT DAMAGE: In the unlikely event a shipment arrives damaged, you must save the entire contents of the shipment as well as all packing material in order to for us to process an insurance claim with the shipping company. Failure to do so will absolve us of all responsibility for the damage claim.
SIGNATURE DELIVERY: We offer UPS signature delivery service at an extra charge. Shipments without this charge added to the order will be shipped with no signature required on delivery. We will not be responsible for missing, lost, or stolen shipments which were ordered without signature delivery.
USA SHIPMENTS ONLY: we ship to USA addresses only.
Certain items, e.g., ammunition, cleaning solvents, etc., can not be shipped by air, and inclusion of these items in your order may cause full or partial order to ship via UPS Ground. No shipment of these products to Alaska or Hawaii. If you place an order for a Ground Shipment Only product and select a shipment method other than Ground, your order will be refunded the difference in price between the shipment class you selected and Ground, less a $3 order change fee.
